Service Information

We realize that not everyone is able to contact a local watch smith, so we are offering watch repair for any watch located in the Contiguous United States. We work on all watch brands, including replica watches.

If you do not live in the Denver, CO area and would still like to obtain service for your watch, you can contact me via phone or email to discuss the issue with your watch. Once we have agreed that the watch can be looked at for repair, then please fill out the attached PDF document and include it in the package with your watch. We ask that you place the watch in a box and wrap in bubble wrap to make sure that it does not move in the box. 

You will need to pay for shipping yourself for the watch to be sent and we will pay for the shipping to be returned. Please make sure you insure the package for the correct amount and select 'Delivery Confirmation'. The shipping address information is included in the attached pdf document down below.
